Digital Specialist (Korean & English)

Hi there, we are In Your Daylight, a Toronto-based digital, IT support and digital marketing agency.

We are currently looking for a professional digital marketing specialist who speaks Korean and English at a bilingual level.

You will be required to have:

- Great knowledge and experiences in general digital operating system and its trend in client's industry

- Strong research skills; the ability to search for, locate, extract, organize, evaluate and use or present information that is relevant to a particular topic for a client's business success.

Nice to have:

- E-commerce and regular website building/managing experiences in Shopify and WordPress

- Experiences in SEO/SEM, keyword research, Google Analytics, and Google tag manager

- Strong social media content creation skills, including Instagram, Facebook, Youtube etc.

- Knowledgeable in design programs such as Adobe Pro, Microsoft Office

- Experience using content management tools

- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have an excellent work ethic, a positive and upbeat attitude

- Independent and self-motivated

- Highly disciplined with excellent time management and organizational skills

We would expect you to:

- Be a self-starter (The most important factor working with our team)

- Create a digital marketing plan and digital operating system plan for a client business, which will be explained further in the interview

- Execute weekly or daily work update at the required quality

We may expect you from this position to:

- Develop web, app (if possible), social media, and mobile marketing strategy that aligns with overall marketing and communications strategy, and drives significant growth, awareness, and engagement

- Oversee campaign performance with a team across 3-5 clients’ digital campaigns

- Manage website content, SEO/SEM development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant

- Review all Facebook (Meta), Instagram, and other social media posts on a daily basis

- Ensure successful setup and deployment of both web and mobile campaigns – including keyword research, campaign creation, content & creative optimization

- Work with cross-functional internal teams to create social media and paid advertising campaigns and support to meet objectives including user and supporter engagement, brand positioning, lead generation, and revenue/sales

• Being fluent in Korean is mandatory.
