Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team! In this role, you'll be working with our Campaign Strategy & Product Marketing team in building a digital asset library and supporting our email marketing initiatives.

This internship will take place from September 5, 2023 to December 15, 2023.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up email sequences and monitoring automation workflows
• Managing replies through secondary inboxes and keeping them up to date
• Reviewing and editing email drafts
• Creating marketing collateral (one pagers, copywriting, ad graphics, blogs etc.) and categorizing into a digital asset library
• Building and cleaning segmented lists
• Assisting with monitoring email campaign performance and reporting results
• Email marketing support
• Enrolling contacts into emails sequences as per weekly targets
• Monitoring and adopting email trends and best practices for improving email optimization
• Working with Marketing Campaign Specialists on current campaigns

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

• A desire and willingness to learn - we don't expect you to tick all the boxes; however, you should be curious and ready to take on anything thrown your way
• Strong writing skills and some copywriting knowledge
• Currently enrolled as a student at a Canadian post-secondary institution
• Ability to consistently deliver exceptional results on demanding timelines
• You connect with our mission
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Detail-oriented, creative, and strong analytical skills
• Strong communicator with the ability to explain concepts clearly both in writing and speech

Bonus Points:

• Experience using HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics, and Excel
