Job Description

Title: Sr Content Writer

Duration: 1 year contract

Reason: Augment the team to handle an increased workload


Project: Managing a digital banking application. This person will be full immersed in managing every day banking application - buttons, drop down menus, prompts etc.


Responsibilities:

  • We’ve got 2 Content people on my team, but with Jeffrey leaving things are really stretched.
  • Need someone more at the Allison level
  • Need a Sr. Level resource who is very sharp and the other team members can look up too.
  • Feature related from a content perspective
  • Will be working on UX writing – error scenarios, making sure patterns are consistent, takeover flows, treating buttons, voice/tone same language throughout the site.
  • Labels and drop-down fields, generally on the same page for mocks to complete their tasks

Must Have:

  • UX writing
  • FI experience is beneficial, UX writing is one of the key things
  • Micro copy experience
