🦄 The Opportunity

Borderless is seeking an exceptional Content Writer with a strong emphasis on editing skills and a demonstrated track record of improving content scores over time. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in crafting compelling content for both internal and external purposes. As a vital contributor, you will harness your marketing and communications expertise to engage diverse B2B audiences, ultimately shaping the distinctive voice and tone of our global enterprise.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation and Enhancement

Craft engaging blog posts and generate fresh content to bolster our company's online presence. Continuously monitor and analyze content performance, employing SEO knowledge to refine strategies for consistent improvement and scalability.


2. Content Management and Brand Consistency

Design and maintain current content across multiple company platforms, ensuring strict adherence to brand standards.


3. Diverse Communication Materials

Develop a range of communication materials, including email campaigns, presentations, website content, and newsletters.


4. Communication Strategy Development

Identify, create, and implement effective communication strategies tailored for business contacts and global audiences.


5. Content Marketing Planning

Strategize and execute content marketing plans that align with our business objectives.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Editing and writing blog posts + generate new content for the company

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of content and adjust strategies to consistently improve and scale SEO
  • Create various communication materials, such as email campaigns, presentations, website content, and newsletters
  • Design and maintain up-to-date content and operation of multiple company platforms to ensure brand standards are followed

🤑 Compensation & Benefits
