Robert Half is recruiting now for an experienced Contract Desktop Support Analyst to fulfill an exciting contract/temporary role with our Client. As the successful Candidate, you will be providing remote support to Calgary, Toronto and Bahamas offices. You will help users with our client’s refineries, assist with walk ups, and take phone calls. This role is based in Fort Saskatchewan, AB.

Requirements
MUST HAVES:

• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to think outside the box with excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing and competing priorities
• Proven working success with Office 365, Service Now and Mobile Device Management
• Proficiency in imaging and deployment
• Post-secondary Degree/Diploma, Adult Education preferred or equivalent
• Solid experience in inventory management
• Tier 2 desktop support with very good communication skills.
