Robert Half is looking for a Desktop Support Analyst with strong technical skills to join a developing team with our client. Based in Rocky View, Alberta, this position is temporary/contract-based. In order to provide support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues, you will use your five-star technical knowledge and your passion for providing exceptional customer service. You will do this by recognizing, investigating, and resolving technical issues. You will also shorten lab testing wait times and provide IT support. Moving equipment and configuring computers are additional responsibilities.

Requirements
MUST HAVES:

• Expert knowledge Microsoft Office 365
• Must be highly motivated with great attention to detail and providing quality results
• Proficient working experience in managing printers and other peripherals with any ticketing system, supporting, and troubleshooting client software, printer hardware and mobile devices
• Strong knowledge and experience with desktop, laptop and mobile device end point management utilizing an app such as VM Workspace One or similar
• 2 + years proven working experience of desktop/helpdesk procedures and desktop imaging experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with different levels and types of users
• Extensive knowledge and practical experience with mobile device management platform (MS Intune etc.)
• Capability to manage multiple projects and assignments, prioritize projects, set, and meet deadlines
• Solid communication skills with excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
