Data Mapping Lead

Core Responsibilities:

• Able to gather business requirements related to data

• Able to lead a team of business resources, to execute a data migration from legacy systems to a new ERP solution

• Understands and can define operational and analytical reports related to standard business terms such as Service Margin, Product Margin (at manufacturing level), implications of Rebates in the context of a Microsoft ERP solution

• Able to guide detailed reporting requirements related to the client business (ideally Supply Chain to start), with technical and business stakeholders.

• Able to understand and communicate enterprise data governance outcomes within the program

• Able to understand, consider and communicate the business implications of data-related (data migration, reporting, integration) decisions

• Able to ensure data quality

In Addition:

• Able to interface with the BI team to clarify and help define requirements related to both data and reporting

• Able to understand, based on existing documentation or through discussions, the data limitations in current system

• Able to access and provide source data examples when required by the team
