Your Role
As part of the BI Competency Center (BICC), the selected candidate will work as part of a global team of experts in data integration and analytics, and will work closely with our internal partners in Finance, Supply Chain and Sales. The ideal candidate will demonstrate accountability, flexibility, and adaptability to manage different priorities, support our customers with robust and scalable BI solutions, and be able to maintain a good relationship with different IT teams, consultants, and key stakeholders.
We Need You For

• Build and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models for BI solutions;
• Build Reports and Dashboard on Power BI or/and similar visualization tool;
• Promote BI applications and usage within the organization.
• Manage priorities of shared resources in the team with the cooperation of the Business Analysts;
• Design and implement ETL packages on Microsoft-based solutions (On Premise and Cloud);
• Set up automatic, real time and reliable data flow from various data sources to Azure Data Lake;
• Establish a data-driven based strategic roadmap along with our BI team;
• Have a clear view of the existing BI and data integration tools as well as the ability to link a specific use case with the suitable tool;
• Act as BI Technical SME to monitor, review, and assess the development and deployment plans;
• Collaborate with Michelin Business teams to determine the best data integration and reporting solutions suitable for our business processes;
• Elevate the team members’ skills to align them with our company’s best practices and technologies;

What do you need to possess for being successful?

• You have ability to organize a team, take charge, coach, and advise;
• You have experience in a project delivery team in a large IT project with cross-function stakeholders;
• You are proficiency in data modelling, ETL, and optimization using Microsoft Technology;
• You have strong communication skills;
• You are fluent in English and French, both written and spoken;
• You have solid background in SQL queries, Stored Procedures and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS);
• You have experience with Microsoft Azure Data Engineering tools and with implementing BI reporting and visualization tools like Power BI;
• You have experience with establishing Data governance processes and end-to-end data lifecycle management;
• You hold Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other relevant field;
• You have 5+ years of experience working with data integration tools and business intelligence;
• You have good methodical thinking, organizational sense, and an excellent time management and you are proactive in taking initiatives and being innovative.
• You have knowledge of data security, privacy policies, and their best practices and experience in Agile Methodology;
• Experience with Python and advanced Analytics is an asset;
• You have ability to structure and lead multidisciplinary and multi-level stakeholder meetings;
