As a Product Data Analyst, you will work closely with Knak's VP of Product and other key stakeholders to build a data platform with data from critical systems. You will then be responsible for analyzing the data and surfacing actionable insights to the wider Product Management, UX and Engineering teams.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and surface recommendations from Voice of Customer metrics (NPS, CSAT, Support Tickets, etc)
• Surface recommendations and create presentations for leadership.
• Research and iterate on Key PLG/Activation metrics like: Setup, Aha & Habit Moments
• Do independent research into the the North Star Metrics for the Product Org to uncover key insights which will be fed into the Product Discovery and User Research processes
• Assist in building out a data platform across Knak, collaborating with other Data Analysts across Knak
• Lead data research projects requested by Product Management Org
• Develop dashboards in Visualization tooling (Tableau and Mixpanel) to track the Key Product Metrics
• Work with Product Management team to build out key metrics for the Product Org
• Be a champion of data governance: establish naming conventions, build out data dictionaries and be the gatekeeper for the key product metrics

Skills and Experience:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills;
• 4+ years of work experience in an Analyst role
• Bonus points for experience with Product Metrics (Adoption, etc) PLG related metrics or Growth metrics (Setup+Aha+Habit Moments)
• Experience doing quantitative analysis;
• Experience with a data visualization tool (e.g. Tableau, Mixpanel, Interana, etc);
• Ability to write scripts to handle data and automate processes using Javascript, Python, R, or your choice of language.
• Passionate about data quality and willing to learn independently
• Experience with SQL to extract, manipulate and discover insights in large data sets
• Statistics and experimental methodology (e.g. A/B testing).
