The Opportunity

You will be remotely managing our main customers as determined and will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with new and existing customers. Your performance will be measured by your ability to build and maintain long standing relationships, customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability. In return we offer:

The Ideal Candidate

You have some mechanical aptitude, clear communication skills, have a keen eye for detail and are capable of setting the right expectations for both internal and external stakeholders. You are highly organized, and you take initiatives to ensure the key accounts expectations are met and maintained. You meet the follow criteria below:

• Past experience with B2B customer interactions is an asset
• General knowledge, experience and interest of equipment and how it functions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• A post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent
