Responsibilities
  • Communicate via phone, email, and video conference
  • Processing returns, credit requests
  • Updating accounts and account knowledge including agreements, discounts, and product offerings
  • Internal customer service with assigned accounts
  • Reviewing and processing customer orders to ensure accurate shipping and timely delivery
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience in a B2B setting
  • Order management/ processing experience
  • Familiar with EDI/ AS400 order entry systems
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
