Job Description

We are looking for a bilingual and growth-oriented Customer Happiness Specialist to join the rapidly expanding Cozey team. As a Customer Happiness Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering 7-star customer experience daily and assisting in daily operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Troubleshoot checkout, ordering or assembly issues with customers
  • Collaborate with operations team to prioritize special orders
  • Find creative solutions for post-sale issues
  • Stay up to date on products, future launches, marketing campaigns, and logistical operations to maximize customer experience
  • Go above and beyond to support customers by placing orders manually through Shopify
  • Process returns with delivery partners such as Purolator, FedEx and Canpar
  • Build rapport with potential customers based on our brand value of customer obsession
  • Continue the 7-star experience by following up with customers post-sale
  • Answer inquiries from potential customers via phone, chat, email, video calling and social media (using ZenDesk & HeyDay systems)
  • Other related tasks


What We're Looking For:


  • Customer contact centre experience is a plus
  • Experience in customer service (at least 2 years)
  • Weekend availabilities
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent service aptitude, resourcefulness, “Make It Happen” mentality
