Description
Hey, we're Article. We're an online furniture company creating remarkably better furniture experiences one sofa at a time. As a Customer Care Associate you're the face of Article to our customers making every customer interaction a delightful one.
Schedule: Our Customer Care Centre is open from Mon-Fri 6 am - 7 pm PST and Sat-Sun 7 am - 7 pm PST.
Casual staff members are required to have a minimum availability of three days per week for work. It is essential that at least one of these days falls on a weekend (either Saturday or Sunday). Work schedules will be provided at least two weeks in advance, and the specific start time for each shift may vary within a specified range.
The Shifts You Will Be Assigned To Will Typically Be Between The Following Hours (all Times Are In PST, Please Convert This Into Your Own Timezone)
We require individuals with flexible availability.

• 11:00 am - 7:00 pm PST
• 9:00 am - 5:00 pm PST

What We Provide

As a Casual Employee

• $22.50 per hour + 6% vacation pay
• More shifts are available based on your availability and the demands of the business
• 45% discount on all Article furniture
• You'll work either Saturday or Sunday (mandatory) in addition to two weekdays
• Minimum of 3 shifts per week

What You'll Do
We're looking for Casual Customer Care Associates to join us on June 26, 2023.
New Particles will complete two weeks of full-time training which will happen from June 26th, 2023 - July 7, 2023 with daily hours of 8am - 4pm PST.
For the first 6 weeks, there is a holiday blackout, meaning you will not be able to book any time off during this period.
The Article Customer Care team always strives to offer a remarkably better customer experience through a variety of channels including phone, email, live chat, and more. This role is for you if you enjoy working independently while providing resolutions to our customers through authentic connections.
