About The Role
We’re looking for a Customer Accounts Representative to join our growing team!
As a passionate Customer Accounts Representative, you will be supporting our National Accounts team in delivering exceptional service to our clients and brokers. With experienced customer service skills, you will be responding to phone and email inquiries in a call center environment, while processing miscellaneous insurance policy account receivable related tasks. Including strong analytical skills, detail oriented and you enjoy working in a collaborative service-based environment. Join a team dedicated to innovation and service excellence.

  • Answering phone and email inquiries regarding payments, disbursements, billing arrangements, payment methods and account discrepancies.
  • Responsible for supporting our National Accounts team in delivering exceptional service to our clients and brokers by responding to routine policy account related inquiries.

About The Role
Our HR team is growing! RHdirect makes sure to answer employees' various HR questions. We also provide leading immigration support. Under the responsibility of the Rhdirect Director, the Immigration Technical Advisor will be responsible for:
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the different teams to find solutions adapted to the different situations encountered
  • Advise and support the HR community on the various elements related to foreign workers (i.e., hiring candidates on work permits, renewal of work permits, applications for permanent residence, etc.)
  • Complete work permit applications
  • Participate, on an ad hoc basis, in different team projects
  • Audit work permits internally
  • Coordinate applications with our external law firm
  • Analyze and answer employee questions based on immigration best practices
  • Contribute to the improvement of processes related to foreign workers
  • Support employees' applications for permanent residence
Qualifications
  • Natural curiosity for the immigration component (Stay on the lookout for best practices)
  • Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in immigration
  • Knowledge of Workday (asset)
  • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Rigor, attention to detail, analytical skills and sense of organization
  • University degree in a relevant field
  • Interest in human resources
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French and English)"Need to interact on a regular basis with an English-speaking clientele and colleagues across the country"
