Job Description

The Construction Manager position is responsible for managing the overall functions in a District Office for Lincoln County Oilfield Services. The incumbent is required to work independently as well as work in conjunction with the CEO to develop strategic and operational objectives and plans in order to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of their District.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains an effective regional office through proper selection, training, and assignment of personnel including project Supervision and Labour.
  • Prepare estimates of probable costs of materials, labour, equipment, and subcontracts for projects based on contract bids, quotations, schematic drawings and specifications
  • Manage and co-ordinate construction projects, and analyze progress and financial performance
  • Provide a network of relationships within the Industry


Qualifications and Required Abilities

  • Strong communication abilities
  • Time management abilities
  • 10 years experience with Pipeline and Facility construction and maintenance
  • Leadership experience
  • Experience with Profit and Loss responsibility at the Project level
  • Decision making abilities
