Our client, a government agency, is seeking a Digital Communications Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis, for a 6-month contract.
This organization follows a hybrid model and is located in downtown Edmonton, Alberta.
If you are a dynamic Communications Specialist looking for an opportunity to take charge of developing engagement strategies and plans to connect with our stakeholders, this opportunity will be perfect for you! Your expertise will shape our client's communications initiatives and ensure they resonate with both internal and external audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop tailored communications materials that captivate our stakeholders.
- Understanding each audience's unique needs, craft compelling messages that leave a lasting impression.
- Partnering with our Corporate Communications team, ensure seamless alignment with our overall corporate strategies, events, and opportunities.
- Bridge the gap between projects and programs, ensuring communication efforts remain harmonized and consistent.
- Collaborate closely with project and change teams to oversee ongoing communications needs, providing expert advice and guidance at every step.
- Measure the effectiveness of our communications initiatives, helping us refine and improve our strategies.
- Conduct in-depth stakeholder impact analysis, uncovering vital communications requirements and activities that will shape our plans.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in OCM (Organizational Change Management) or Communications.
- Change management certification or designation will be a significant advantage, showcasing your commitment to excellence.
