Commercial Client Service Associate (CSA) - Commercial Division

Responsibilities:

• Place bind orders to insurers once accepted by client and approved by Client Advisor – if policy is not an automatic renewal.
• Advise TSA on instructions for invoicing and certificate issuance.
• 2+ commercial insurance experience
• Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills
• Prepare renewal analysis for the Client Advisor to review and present to the client for binding if client is not an automatic renewal.
• All correspondence is to be attached and documented in Broker Management System by CSA. Qualifications:
• Review and issue policy documents and endorsements to clients.
• An active and in good standing RIBO license is required
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Client Service Associate is responsible for maintaining retention of current portfolio business by facilitating processes and procedures with efficiency.
• Sends payment follow-ups to the client (2 weeks, 30 days, 60 days). If payment is not received after 60 days, CSA advises CA for collection.
• Responsible for internal processing tasks on new business and renewals once bound by Commercial Marketer and Client Advisor to ensure client service is managed efficiently on all files assigned.
• Responsible for the retrieval of applications and underwriter information from the client on all renewal business.
