Client Service Associate is responsible for maintaining retention of current portfolio business by facilitating processes and procedures with efficiency.

Adhere to all policies and procedures and maintain a culture and operation of risk management

Familiarize and adhere to compliance requirements, including all aspects of new and existing account documentation and marketing materials

Strong communication skills with ability to build relationships and work collaboratively, confidentially and independently

Prepare documentation and provide updates to IAs in preparation for client meetings

Create reports for analysis of client accounts; communicate with customers to provide mentorship on products and services, and identify referral opportunities

Accept/create leads and ensure correct referral coding administration

0-3 years of work experience

Knowledge of other languages such as German, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, and/or Mandarin is an asset

Academic achievement gained in any undergraduate field (Bachelor’s degree or higher)

Participation in extracurricular activities with proven records of leadership

Strong interest and passion for the business world

Strong knowledge of social media management (Hootsuite, LinkedIn, Twitter)

Manage and update the company website

Provide friendly and professional client experience from incoming calls, e-mail, and on-site visits

2+ years of experience in a similar work environment

Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Knowledge of VFX and/or film/television industry is an asset

Proactively assist with client management of appointments and scheduled meetings / calls

Be a key support to the administrative activities and responsibilities of the team

Manage all aspects of account opening and documentation and maintain client cash flows and balances

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role in the Investment Industry

Must have strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

Gain a breadth of experience and exposure to the global WM platform

10 CO credits/Compliance training over a 2 year cycle to meet Mandatory IIROC Continuing Education requirement.

Administers and processes documentation related to client files and regulatory requirements.

Develops rapport and instills confidence with the client to develop credibility and promote a positive client experience.

Protects the Bank's assets and clients’ assets and complies with all regulatory, legal, and ethical requirements.
