Job Description

The Client Experience Coordinator is responsible for providing full lifecycle support to client initiatives. From helping ensure sales followup, to providing administrative support of the training calendar and material prep.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate with trainers and venues to ensure all necessary materials are available and make it to the training locations
  • Take charge of maintaining and updating our training calendars, ensuring timely delivery of services to our clients
  • Assist Sales in managing communication with clients, including drafting and sending agreements, invoicing, scheduling meetings, and travel arrangements as necessary
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and maintain email sequences for potential clients, maximizing lead engagement and conversion, ensuring regular follow up
  • Assist Sales in managing and organizing their client databases, tracking leads, and updating sales activities in the CRM system


Bonus points if you have experience with the following:


Email Sequence Management: experience in crafting and executing engaging and persuasive email sequences that drive customer engagement and sales conversions


Sales Acumen: Proven track record in assisting sales teams with customer outreach, relationship building, and sales support activities


Skills and Experience:

  • Interest in learning and development
  • 3-5 years in project management/sales administration.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to consistently meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines


Location & Hours:

This is a full-time, hybrid, position requiring time in the Barrie(Simcoe) area on a regular basis.
