Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Articulate Bell’s value propositions and competitive differentiators to internal and external key decision makers;
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Bell’s suite of wireless, wireline, and IoT products to existing strategic accounts;
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enter customer orders, deliver hardware to customers and conduct customer onboarding training as required
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan for growing revenues in an assigned geographical region;
  • Develop strong relationships with strategic account stakeholders to strengthen customer loyalty, reduce churn, and improve revenue;
  • Own the entire customer lifecycle and sales cycle – from acquisition to retention and win-back strategies;
  • Act as the trusted advisor and customer advocate for prospective and existing strategic accounts;

Must Haves:

  • Willingness to spend 75% of time hunting new cliental.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a similar B2B sales role
  • 1-3 years working with wireless and wireline.
  • Previous telecom experience

Nice to Haves:

  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Experience managing sales funnels and pipelines using Salesforce or a different CRM
  • Instinctively comfortable with prospecting new business through research, networking, and cold calling or emailing;
  • Skilled in consultative and/or value-based selling techniques.
