Account and Relationship Management Executive

Excellent Communication (both oral and written) and presentation skills

Self-starter with an ability to manage own territory

Proven track record selling into the hospital market, nursing market, and graduate education market(preferred)

Experience selling into the C-suite

Advanced portfolio management skills, including proven ability to execute sales activities and manage sales pipeline

2 – 5 years of commercial banking experience in a relationship manager position

Undergraduate degree in business or economics or equivalent work experience

Strong knowledge of the Canadian Commercial Banking marketplace

Advanced credit skills with analysis and completion of credit applications and presentations

Well-developed relationship building and teamwork skills

Customer service and/or sales experience is required

Knowledge of personal lending services and products is desired

Preference will be given to applicants with previous banking experience

Previous telecom sales experience is considered an asset

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a similar B2B sales role

Skilled in consultative and/or value-based selling techniques.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a strong work ethic and proven ability to meet deadlines

Experience managing large and complex client portfolios with the use of administrative and organizational tools (Salesforce experience is an asset)

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and mobilize internal and external stakeholders

Strong strategic and critical thinking abilities, with the ability to assess risks and opportunities and propose effective solutions
