1. Follow up the advanced development trends at home and abroad, carry out analysis of technical trends and development plans, and implement research on new technological routes in this field;

2. Organized the formulation and implementation of major technical decisions and technical programs of the department, and approved technical documents;

3. Led the team to complete software and hardware development, and guided the team to complete development requirements and design standardization;

4. Led the organization of tackling major technical problems, proposed feasible solutions to problems and risks in the process, and supported the achievement of project quality objectives.

5. Guide the formulation, review and implementation of product design schemes to ensure that the company's products have no defects or shortcomings.

6. Completed the preparation of enterprise standards and specifications and system documents in the field, completed product benchmarking, scientific research project declaration and patent preparation, etc.

7. Developed training plans for technical personnel, and regularly organized technical personnel for technical training;

8. Completed other work assigned by the leader.management team.

Job Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree or above in automation control, electrical engineering, Electrical automation, mechatronics, etc.

2. Familiar with the relevant national design standards and specifications, at least 10 years of electrical professional experience
