You will be working directly with ownership and senior leadership helping lead contracts and serving our clientbase. You will be given guidance as you need it and the authority your experience commands to grow yourself and our customers. You will report directly to a hands-on owner.

In collaboration with your mentor, specific duties include:

• Assistance in scoping and estimating opportunities
• Safety and risk management
• Ensuring timely project progress
• Stakeholder reporting
• Debrief of lessons learnt
• Customer interactions to ensure all stakeholders are fully aware of progress and comfortable with same
• Creative problem solving
• Organization of and preparation for mobilization
• Preparation of progress claims and billing
• Assisting with building, leading and guiding our team
