Our client is currently seeking a Ceridian Dayforce Consultant to assist with a project. This is a fully remote opportunity where our client is flexible to consider part time or full time hours dedication and the hours you choose to work in the day are also primarily flexible. Our client would consider a PM/Functional BA with Dayforce experience/expertise as well as a Payroll Manager that has been directly involved with the implementation of Ceridian Dayforce.
Responsibilities can vary to full scope end to end PM, but can also be focused solely on business process, documentation, configuration suggestions; dependent on the consultants personal level of experience.

Requirements
MUST HAVES:

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills, capability to share ideas and work successfully within a team
• Strong attention to detail, and an ability to work collaboratively
• Experience and solid ability to identify and recommend opportunities for operational excellence to maximize process and systems efficiencies and recommend related improvements
• Proven working expertise directly in the Ceridian Dayforce system however the client will also consider PM/Functional BA candidates with extensive Payroll System Implementation experience particularly if experience includes time and attendance
