Position: R.E. Teacher (Religious Education)


Location: Havering


Education Level: Secondary School


Are you enthusiastic about exploring diverse beliefs and cultures? Join our dynamic team as an R.E. Teacher!


Responsibilities


  • Explore various religions and philosophies, fostering a global understanding.
  • Facilitate ethical discussions and encourage independent moral reasoning.
  • Engage students with captivating lessons on religious traditions and their impact.
  • Foster an inclusive classroom where diversity is celebrated and dialogue is encouraged.
  • Connect students with local religious and cultural organizations for enriching experiences.


Qualifications:


  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
  • Commitment to fostering empathy, respect, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Passion for religious education and understanding of major world religions.
