As an Order Desk Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for looking after our daily corporate sales while reaching your sales targets and goals by directing, selling, up-selling and actively participating in the planning and production of catered functions. (This is a full-time & in-office position)

Your role will include key responsibilities such as...

• Respond to inbound requests.
• Achieve targets and maximum productivity in order to hit sales goals.
• Generate leads and new business with new or existing clients.
• Generating rental lists, beverage lists, staffing, etc.
• Menu planning including working with our Executive Chef for custom menus

What we need from you...

• Post-secondary diploma/degree in restaurant/catering/hotel management or related business sectors an asset but not limited to.
• Computer literate (Mac applications/apple environment, Microsoft Office Suite, Canva & Caterease)
• Excellent communication skills, strong leadership, problem-solving, attention to detail, and decisiveness are critical for success in this role.
• Extensive service background is an asset
• 2 plus years in off-premises catering preferred.
