Crossroads Care Surrey are looking for caring individuals who are available to work any of the following shift times:

After school 4pm – 7.30pm (children only)

Evening 6.30pm – 10pm (children only)

Weekends 9.30am – 10pm (children only)

We offer contracts from 14 – 35 hours per week, depending on what suits you!

We don’t rush from one client to the next, we give the clients and their loved ones the time they need and deserve! We’re proud to say that on average our calls last three and a half hours.

About The Role

Duties can range from providing personal care and support in the home, to preparing food or taking clients out for the day to local parks and clubs. Providing companionship can be an important part of the role.

The role will require caring for children aged up to 18 years old. This can include picking up the client from school, supporting out on an activity such as the cinema or bowling. Some of our clients have high health needs and/or an autistic diagnosis – you will receive training in order to support individuals with these needs. What you could be required to do on a visit will vary from child client to child client. A positive can-do attitude and resourceful nature is essential in order to support the child client to meet their needs and have a meaningful and engaging visit.
