Role: Business System Analyst - with UK ADP Experience

Location: Toronto, Canada- Onsite

1. ADP Integration with Workday
2. 5 + years of experience as BSA
3. Business systems analyst with strong experience in HR domain
4. Good to have ADP experience - especially ADP iHCM
5. Good to have Workday functional/Integration experience.
6. Deliver well organized data analysis through reporting , dashboards, generate insight and recommend strategies considering the HR business processes
7. Analyze and document various operations and processed and analyze how the business processes integrates with technology
8. Analyze how to Improve business processes, products, services as well as software systems
9. Manage assignment with creative and lasting solution for organizational need
10. Manage effective communication, conduct/ Run Meetings with Stakeholders
11. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
12. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change
13. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
