Role: Business System Analyst - with UK ADP Experience

5 + years of experience as BSA

Business systems analyst with strong experience in HR domain

Good to have ADP experience - especially ADP iHCM

Good to have Workday functional/Integration experience.

Manage assignment with creative and lasting solution for organizational need

Minimum of 1-2 years of payroll experience with solid systems and payroll knowledge

Salary: 65 to 85K per year + robust benefits package.

Required: ADP Workforce Now Experience

Must possess excellent customer service skills

Working knowledge of standard payroll practices, company policies, and ESA

Working knowledge of collective agreements

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, strong negotiation skills with good business judgment, and time and project management skills necessary.

Strong time management skills, and ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment;

Past experience in compliance, including Canadian privacy legislation, CASL, AML, and French-language requirements.

Employment law knowledge and experience would be a definite asset;

Excellent drafting and negotiations skills with good business and legal judgment, strong problem-solving and analytical skills;

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communication skills;
