Job Description

Our team has a 6-months co-op opening this summer for a Blockchain Developer

Responsibilities:

• Continue development of a prototype blockchain application using Hyperledger fabric, and databases

• Study data models, maintenance operations, cryptography, and failure handling

• Develop the software to incorporate existing web applications

• Simulate/emulate various cases and work towards developing a proof of concept demo


Qualifications and what you'll bring to the team:

• Solid Python and Javascript skills

• Linux system administration, troubleshooting and performance analysis skills

• Hands-on experience with containerization and related technologies (e.g. Docker)

• Familiarity with 3GPP protocols is an asset

• Familiarity with different Blockchain systems

• Must be collaborative and adaptable, with good communication skills

• 3rd-4th year undergraduate in a relevant program (e.g. computer science, or electrical engineering)
