As a Salesforce Solutions Developer, you will collaborate closely with our business stakeholders, system architects, and fellow developers to gather requirements, analyze them, and create technical specifications. Your expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies will be essential as you implement and customize Salesforce applications.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, system architects, and developers to gather requirements, analyze them, and create technical specifications.
  • Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and security guidelines.
  • Support QA teams in testing efforts and resolution of defects.
  • Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions, including configuration, custom development, integration, and data migration.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to estimate efforts, provide status updates, and deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms using APIs and web services.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their professional growth and skill development.
  • Document technical designs, solutions, and implementation details.
  • Implement and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and related technologies.




Requirements
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Experience with unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting in Salesforce applications.
  • Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and technologies, such as SOAP, REST, and Bulk API.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing customized Salesforce solutions, including configuration and integration.
  • Familiarity with code review processes and development best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I and II are a plus.
  • Strong documentation skills to capture technical designs and implementation details.
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce data model, security model, and platform features.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional teams is a plus.
