Zenfeat is looking for a student Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role requires the student to work and produce independently, and you will NOT be working in a team environment. This employment type is a freelance role, so it is perfect for students who are looking for a work-study job. The freelance contract will be given to you on a month-to-month basis, depending on how well you perform, and you will be in a 1-year probationary period where you will be given the chance to prove your abilities and skills. After the 1 year probationary period, you could be given a consideration of full-time employment.
 
Rate
 
You will be compensated for $2000 per month if you complete the project on time in strict deadlines. This freelance role allows you to take home the full pay of $2000, as you will be filing and paying your own taxes instead of Zenfeat (further details will be given to you). All expenses and costs to build your project would be covered by Zenfeat. As stated before, you will be given a chance to attain full-time employment if you pass the 1-year probationary period.
 
Responsibilities
 
•You will design a full-stack website with the following requirements that Zenfeat will ask (further details will be given)
•Develop the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) as well as the scalability throughout the whole development period
•You will be required to go through a performance review where you will demonstrate your progress and objectives on the project
 
Skills and Qualifications
 
The perfect candidate for this role would be someone with:
 
•Extensive knowledge and experience in frontend and backend web development
•A strong sense of creativity in developing a website
•Experience with the following languages: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, HTML5 Canvas, jQuerym NodeJS, MongoDB, React, Typescript, Ruby, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar databases
 
Education
 
•All students and recent graduates from any university or college within Canada are welcome to apply.
•Preferably looking for a student who is studying Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Programming, Computer Engineering or anything similar to that field.
