The Revenue Management System team is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and techniques which optimizes the company's all revenue streams. Therefore, it focuses on the use of predictive analytics and machine learning techniques to address business problems in all functional areas involving revenue forecast, revenue generation, revenue performance and revenue decision support. It also guides different Revenue Management teams through the best practices in terms of forecasting, processes, systems and tools.


We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to build and maintain our internal web-based application (FIMT) that is used intensively by analysts within the Revenue Management department. You will be part of a cross-functional team that is responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.


As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable with both the front-end and the back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should be able to retrieve and store data with SQL and NoSQL databases. The ideal candidate should be familiar with our technology stack: JavaScript, HTML, CSS for front-end, Nodejs, R, Python for back-end and MS-SQL and MongoDB for databases.


  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software, frameworks and tools that are used for our eco-system.
  • Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design.
  • Design client-side and server-side architecture
  • Test software to ensure exactness, responsiveness, and efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Work with development teams and product owner to ideate FIMT application.
  • Design effective APIs for back-end side with consideration of scalability.


Qualifications


  • Knowledge of multiple front-end languages such as HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, and libraries/framework Bootstrap, Plotly, Handsontable and UI/UX design
  • Experience developing web-based applications.
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills;
  • Maintain a positive working environment and work cooperatively with supervisors and co-workers.
  • Ability to deliver high quality results within timeline.
  • Familiarity with databases (Microsoft SQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g., Apache)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar quantitative discipline. Mastersʼ degree preferred.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • More than 4 years experiences for Bachelorsʼ degree candidates and more than 2 years experiences for Mastersʼ candidates
  • Ability to work independently on projects, with very tight deadlines, under uncertain and changing environments.
  • Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (JavaScript, R, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Node.js)
