Job Description

Our client, a leading healthcare brand committed to protecting and improving eye health, is seeking an experienced Order Processing Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders, collaborating with external buying teams, investigating order details, coordinating deliveries, and building relationships with internal stakeholders.


Responsibilities:


  • Utilize technology and software effectively to respond to customers' needs promptly and accurately
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, customer service, and sales departments
  • Process returns, issue credits, and provide authorization details for product returns
  • Receive, process and manage customer orders through various channels, such as fax, email, phone, EDI, and web portals
  • Arrange and monitor deliveries with the distribution center, and track them
  • Conduct daily follow-ups on open lines and order reports
  • Collaborate with external procurement teams to provide regular updates on purchase orders, product availability, and delivery details in a timely manner
  • Report adverse events and safety incidents immediately to the pharmacovigilance department in accordance with current SOPs.
  • Enter product inquiries into the SFDC system
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales objectives
  • Verify the accuracy of order details and pricing validity
  • Comprehend client requirements, identify the underlying causes of issues and implement sustainable solutions


Qualifications:


  • Experience with SAP (S/4 Hana), SFDC, and EDI systems is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Experience with Excel is required
  • Bilingual English and French
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Demonstrate the ability to work rapidly and productively while maintaining high service standards
  • Experience in a similar role (placing orders)
  • Possess exceptional problem-solving abilities to effectively identify, analyze, and resolve issues
  • Flexibility to work overtime, if required, and adjust the schedule to meet business demands while ensuring optimal service delivery.
