Order Processing Technician Jobs

1-2 years sales order processing/management experience

Develop effective relationships with internal customers and cross functional internal departments to manage information and the timely resolution of issues

Customer support experience (internal and external customers)

Hands on experience with Zendesk, Salesforce is a positive

Experience working for a Startup is a positive

Validate opportunity and contract information, flag and resolve any discrepancies

Maintains computer files for ship-to accommodations, terms & conditions, COM/COL approvals and combo yardage requirements.

1 year experience performing detailed administrative duties; previous order entry experience is an asset.

Fast and accurate keyboarding skills (50+ WPM).

Vision: Specific vision abilities required by this job include the ability to view computer screens and documents for accuracy.

This position requires long periods of focused reading and data entry.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL AND INTELLECTUAL REQUIREMENTS

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Administrative, office, or data entry experience an asset

Entering work tickets into APL's liquid management system (LMS)

An opportunity to work with experienced winemakers

Experience in food science/food manufacturing preferred

Knowledge of WHMIS, HACCP, and ISO an asset but not required

Ensure order specific requirements are promptly communicated to appropriate departments

Commercial experience working in customer service or similar roles preferred

Experience using an ERP system such as Service Cloud would be an asset

Work with the Customer Service team on specific order support projects

Organizing and dispersing customer inquiries

Prepare and provide documents based on customer requests.

Formal education in anatomy, medical terminology, microbiology, infection control preferred

Previous experience working in the setting preferred

Experience operating SPD related equipment

Training and experience in the reprocessing of endoscopes using the Mediavator system, Steris system familiarity an asset

Knowledge of Universal Precautions and Infection Control measures

Performs and reports periodic minor maintenance, adjustment, repair, and setup tasks of facility related equipment to support facility activities

Evaluate facility equipment, trends, and workflow patterns to make recommendations

Assure remedial action is taken and documented whenever equipment or workflow deviates from established specifications to ensure work is completed

Cleaning and preparation of cages, accessories, bottles, carts, and racks

Preparation and use of disinfectants and detergents

Preparation and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste

Ensure waste is processed in a timely and safe manner

Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks and containers

Ensure incoming waste conforms with acceptance protocol

Operation of processing machinery and equipment as required

Ensure safe operation and procedures are followed at all times

Complete job hazard risk assessments

Proficient technical capabilities, inclusive of tier one WMS experience (Aspire).

Works with Supervisor and the Inventory Management team regarding MIA’s and LF to bring to a timely resolution.

1 - 3 years of warehouse and Aspire experience.

1 – 3 years of leadership experience.

Approves Shift Manager and timesheets in Production Supervisor’s absence.

Ensures orders are picked and packed as per Client and Customer specifications and are within goals of service requirements.

Receive, process and manage customer orders through various channels, such as fax, email, phone, EDI, and web portals

Comprehend client requirements, identify the underlying causes of issues and implement sustainable solutions

Experience in a similar role (placing orders)

Proficient in Microsoft Office; Experience with Excel is required

Experience with SAP (S/4 Hana), SFDC, and EDI systems is preferred

Possess exceptional problem-solving abilities to effectively identify, analyze, and resolve issues
