Job Description

Desired Skills and Experience

- Bilingual (French/English)

- 1-2 years' experience in customer service preferably with a multi-national company

- Microsoft Office knowledge required

- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication; must be able to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Ability to work effectively with other teams and senior-level executives in a professional manner


Day-to-Day

Insight Global is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for one of our top automotive manufacturing clients in North America on a permanent basis. You will be a key part of our North American Center of Commercial Excellence responsible for supporting large OEM customers in the US & Canada. This is an exciting opportunity for you because you will ensure that customers receive the best service possible through processing orders timely and coordinating with other functions as required.
