Parkview BMW is looking for a flexible and versatile Business Development Center Manager who will be responsible for the growth of the Service and Sales division. Working alongside other departmental managers, you will participate in the strategic development of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Complete all daily assigned tasks
• Correctly record all communication between client and BDC associate
• Have open communication with all managers and their designated departments within the dealership
• Respond to incoming dealership inquiries
• Follow-up on customer visits
• Quality Control
• Monitoring special order parts
• Project Management
• Ability to understand client's expectations and clientele mindset
• Conducts daily coaching and performance monitoring
• Obtain customer information and maintain an accurate database
• Maintain logs of all calls and allocation of appointments to sales representatives
• Answer all inbound phone calls according to a proven, pre-set script and schedule sales and service appointments
• Confirm appointments and re-schedule missed appointments
• Adapt to changing needs of department.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience conducting at least 100+ outbound calls per day
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven interpersonal skills combined with a calm and patient demeanor
• Understanding to work independently in an unsupervised environment
• 2 years + of customer service/telemarketing experience in a managerial role preferred
• Exceptional customer service talent
• Professional Phone Etiquette
• Must be computer literate in all Microsoft programs – ( word, excel )
• Demonstrated effective time management and organization skills, and the ability to multi-task
• Sales or call center manager or similar position background is a must

Assets:

• Experience with Reynolds isn’t required but preferred
• Experience in a BDC department preferred
• Managerial experience preferred
