Description Of The Department
Team is responsible for invoices processing
Responsibilities

• Execute other related tasks as requested
• Processing invoices across different statutes/queries
• Analysis, validation, investigation and posting of multiple accounting transactions
• Assisting with check processing

Essential Qualifications

• A test will evaluate accounting knowledge
• Autonomy, initiative, creativity and ability to work within restricted timeline
• Data-processing aptitudes
• Analytical spirit and attentiveness to detail
• Post secondary student in Accounting
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Bilingualism required in French and English since in the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
• Aptitude to effectively communicate information by telephone or writtenCommunication and building interpersonal relationships important
• Knowledge of SAP system (preferred)

Work conditions

• You will be ask to come once per week at the office and during the training twice per week
