Overview A Seasonal Associate is a temporary employee who is hired to work during a specific season or period of time. Seasonal Associates are typically hired to help with increased customer demand during the holiday season, or to help with seasonal projects or tasks. Detailed Job Description Seasonal Associates are responsible for providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, and helping with product displays. They may also be responsible for helping with inventory management, cashiering, and other tasks as assigned.
