Reports Clerk Jobs

Demonstrated experience conducting business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping and methodology development, and data mapping.

Experience in Oracle report development work including report creation, report testing, report modification and report deployment

Demonstrated experience developing technical specificationsand unit testing documents for report development work.

Demonstrated experience with Cloud computing platforms including Oracle Fusion Cloud,and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

This is not a Remote role, and you must be ONSITE in Regina, SK.

Things You Need to Have:

Provide ad-hoc reports to Senior Management as required from time to time.

To assist in the development of the database and the management reporting function

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) is required

Escalate any issues detected or spotted from Service Reports to your line manager for investigation.

Ensure accurate and comprehensive data is available to the business

Maintain a thorough understanding of our Service structures and the associated data.

1) 3+ years of experience developing with Sharepoint (InfoPath)

2) Solid working experience of SQL Server SSAS and SSIS

3) 3+ years working experience with PowerBI and Tableau

4) Hands on experience in designing, developing and successful deployment of large-scale projects from end-to-end

5) development experience in ELT (Extraction, Load and Transformation)

Role: Sharepoint Data Analyst / Reports Developer

Knowledge of SAP system (preferred)

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel

A test will evaluate accounting knowledge

Analysis, validation, investigation and posting of multiple accounting transactions

Processing invoices across different statutes/queries

Execute other related tasks as requested

CEGEP D.E.C. or D.E.P. in Accounting, or related work experience

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel

A test will be administered to assess accounting skills

Prepare, process and journalize Wire Payments

Balance Sheet Accounts Reconciliation and variance analysis/explanations

Analysis and correction of Tax Exception reports
