The Role

Your Role and Responsibilities :

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to work within Kyndryl's Global Chief Information Security Office (CISO) Organizational Change Management (OCM) team.

The Role is within the Governance, Risk and Compliance tower in the CISO.

The role spans all aspects and areas of the CISO working with many different areas, people and projects.

The main responsibilities are:

• Simplifying complex cybersecurity concepts so everyone can understand them (All levels)
• Working with cybersecurity partners (internally and externally) to support the CISO strategy
• The successful candidate will enjoy working with a small team of OCM SME’s within the CISO that operates at all levels within the company
• Working with and leading cross functional teams in regards to OCM deliverables
• Driving positive innovation in regards to cybersecurity communications
• Driving and owning communication campaigns
• Supporting the wider aspects of the CISO GRC strategy. The OCM role is fast paced and is often working to tight deadlines within the CISO
• Communicating with purpose and impact
• The successful candidate will get to work across many areas of cybersecurity
• Developing and creating all forms of cybersecurity communications (written, verbal, video's, webcasts, webpages, documents etc.) for the CISO (Kyndryl)

Who You Are

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience with Microsoft tools (Sharepoint, Teams, Excel, Word)
• Leadership skills - the ability to work and influence at all levels
• Broad understanding of Cybersecurity
• Ability to decipher and simplify complex concepts
• Strong Organizational (PM) skills

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :

• Experience with communications
• Experience with Microsoft Tools (Sharepoint, Teams, Excel, Word)
• Experience with Cybersecurity (Broad understanding)
