Experience working with Sage X3 and in the cannabis industry with a proficiency in cultivation and manufacturing knowledge

Manages ongoing and new third-party assessments of security and compliance.

5 years' experience in a project management function.

Extensive knowledge of OSFI capital adequacy requirements.

Interpret regulatory capital requirements and provide direction on the development of detailed business and data requirements to meet AIRB standards.

Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on AIRB requirements.

Manage compliance gaps and coordinate corresponding approvals from business stream leads and program sponsors.

Knowledge of industry best-practices on self-assessments against regulatory capital model guidelines.

Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Manage cash, banking and investment activities, and communicate with Finance for reporting purposes, in addition to managing corresponding governance processes.

Maintain the company’s Regulatory Compliance Management systems (including the Organizational Norm Database) together with the Corporate and Legal group.

Manage regularly occurring compliance initiatives (i.e. monthly/quarterly/annually) and ad hoc compliance projects.

University Degree (law, business or finance degree is an asset).

5 to 10 years of business experience in a legal, corporate or financial environment.
