As an Associate Brand Manager (Cub Cadet Canada), you will be part of a dedicated team based in Canada reporting to the Group Brand Manager.


Responsible for establishing marketing plans that drive sales and brand awareness for Cub Cadet Canada. The role is responsible for the execution and implementation of the brand’s North American marketing strategy as it relates to the brand, Dealer Advertising, and Mass retail marketing. A large portion of this role will be spent promoting the Dealer Advantage and growing the partnership in both English and French divisions to maximize retail sales.

What You Will Get To Do


  • Support the sales team by providing marketing materials, programs and reporting to enhance product sell-in. Work with the sales team to advocate and demonstrate the company’s competitive differentiation to the Dealer network
  • Take lead on brand-marketing relationships, acting as the marketing main contact and brand advocate for Cub Cadet Canada
  • Support the aligned promotional strategy to maximize success in the Dealer and Mass sales channels. Measure and analyze the sales lift to ensure maximize ROI
  • Work with the Shopper Marketing team to oversee the development of shopper marketing campaigns based on retail insights, including point-of-sale materials, fixtures, packaging, and literature
  • Serve as the marketing ‘go-to’ contact for Dealers and Mass Retail merchants
  • Develop a keen understanding of the brands’ businesses, priorities, and products
  • Create and measure KPI’s to optimize and maximize the ROI and drive brand awareness for all in market campaigns. Based on results, adjust campaigns where necessary
  • Partner with the Sales Team, support tradeshow planning based on consumer insights, including event advertising, support materials and training to create brand engagement. Drive results and create measurable KPI’s to validate the success of events
  • Create and foster relationships with outside agencies and external vendors and ensure projects meet schedule, quality, and budgetary requirements
  • Advise the brand strategically and tactically on how to win at Mass retail and Dealer channel from an omni-channel standpoint, including messaging, creative, advertising, social media, and sampling strategy, to support business objectives for Canada
  • Own the Cub Cadet Dealer Advertising Package marketing program. Design and drive buy-in from Dealers, that deliver results for the Canadian business
  • Support brand plan execution with excellence, ensuring delivery of all brand activation requirements for Canada
  • Lead brand marketing budget for Canada, including coordination with sales programs


Who You Are


  • Strong organizational skills
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, or related discipline
  • 1-3 years’ experience in brand management/marketing in a fast-paced working environment
  • Proven time management skills and strong business acumen and relationship-building skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with honed presentation confidence to express expertise and point of view in multiple forums and leadership level
  • Bilingual considered an asset
  • Travel will be required 1-4 times a year
