About theRole
We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to help us build and raise awareness ofBruce Ashley Group’s brand portfolio.We encourage andfoster anentrepreneurial mindset,breakthrough,and empowerment.Youwillwork across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes our partners uniqueand help tell their stories to Canadian audiences.
As a Brand Manager,you willbe required to:
- Analyze market trends and provide insights on consumer preferences and purchasing behaviors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales and distribution plans for each brand.
- Manageinternal stakeholderrelationshipsto ensureawarenessand alignmenton branddirection, marketing plans,and tactics.
- Analyze brand positioning and consumerinsights.
- Lead creative development, ensuring brand messaging remains consistent across all channelswitha clearcall to action.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for our portfolio of beverage alcohol brands including wine, spirits, and beer.
- Manage brand social media accounts and online presence.
- Manage multiple brand and market stakeholders.
- Drive brand profitability and value generation in the market.
- Work with suppliers to create and execute training programs for sales and distribution teams.
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-marketstrategies.
- Monitor market trendsandresearch consumer markets and competitor activity.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, distributors, and sales teams to ensure brand positioning and messaging are consistent and effective.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns,including reportingROI andmanagingKPIs.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the beverage alcohol industry.
- Create and execute promotional campaigns, events, and tastings to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Manage brand budgets.
- Deploy and oversee marketing and communication tactics such as,but notlimited to,advertising, media and influencer relations, and blog posting.
- Monitor product distributionandestablish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications,and sales estimates.

- Proven abilitytostayup–to–datewiththelatest trends and marketing best practices.
- Excels in a team environment and canmanage stakeholders at all levels.
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
- Passion and strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer categories and styles.
- Ability to thrive inafast–paced environment, multi-task, andswitch between strategic thinking and administrative tasks.
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations toexecutives.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social mediaapplications.
- Ability to buildstrong and sustainable business relationships internally and externally.
- Leadershipskillsin developing marketingplans anddelivering business results.
- Strong analyticaland presentationskills,partnered with a creative mind.
- Excellent interpersonalandcommunication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to analyze market data and provide insightsto secure alignment of expectations.
- Experience working with sales teams, distributors, and suppliers.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effectivebrand strategies.
- Business degreewith amarketingfocusor a related fieldis an asset.
- 3+ years ofprovenbrand marketing experiencein the beveragealcoholindustry experience will be considered an asset.
- Detail–oriented with excellent organizationalandanalytical skills.
