National Program Manager Jobs

What will you do?

• Manage program budgets/expenses and operational plans.
• Lead, coach, and develop a field team driving field sales in and at retail.
• Develop and lead motivational team meetings on a regular basis.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of a major brand retail program.
• Continually work with the team to drive real-time program changes, optimize performance, create efficiencies, improve sales conversations, and drive superior customer satisfaction.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Visualize, implement, and execute big ideas on a regular basis.
• Develop strong client relationships.
• Communicate weekly targets to the same team/management, track progress, and coach for success.

Experience And Qualifications

• University/College Degree in Business Management or related field.
• Experience managing a remote team.
• Field Sales experience.
• 5 years of management in retail, retail operations, and/or business development.
