Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Asset management & Maintenance Engineer to work a long-term contract for a well-established mining and metals company in Kitimat, BC. - Shifts: Monday - Friday
- Location: Kitimat, BC (Must be local to Kitimat or willing to relocate)

- Undertakes all post-work execution tasks and maintenance administration to support ongoing computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) data and systems improvement.
- Governs the effective execution of business-defined maintenance planning processes
- Collaborates closely with operational and other relevant stakeholders in the performance of duties.
- Prepares for maintenance activities ensuring that all labor, material, and equipment resources are planned for execution.
- Analyses maintenance data to identify improvement actions for asset strategies and tactics.
- Is responsible for team training and development, safety compliance, task assignment and productivity.
- Analyses maintenance data to identify improvement actions for asset strategies and tactics.
- Collects and collates work management data for review and identification of improvement actions.
- Identifies and manages strategic maintenance requirements that involve integration across multiple sites or asset groups.
- Proven experience in analyzing maintenance data.
- Must be local to Kitimat or willing to relocate
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Asset Management Engineer.
- Familiarity with asset management processes.
- Proficiency in computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) data and systems improvement.
- Strong communication, logical thinking, and organizational abilities.
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Possess a College/Associate degree or bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Attention to detail is a key asset.
- Excellent analytical and prioritization skills.
