Job Description

Must Have:


  • ASP (classic and .net); VB (2005 and .Net), NET (framework and core) application development; SSIS Packages and Stored Procedures; VS (2005-2019); and IIS, Citrix/XenApp application delivery;
  • Providing technical support for integrated enterprise scaled systems is required.
  • Proven experience and skills in effective communication, problem solving, documentation standards and a rigor for change management protocols and quality control are also required.
  • Trouble-shooting and resolving incidents.


Must have working knowledge:


  • Code reviews and revision control.
  • Requirement analysis, solution design techniques, experience with unit testing.
  • Programming concepts, techniques and languages.
  • Service-level protocols, change management protocols, and quality control procedures.
  • Knowledge of problem diagnosis, and researching techniques, as well as understanding the language in technical documents.
  • Knowledge of computer systems design, development and configuration including supporting relational database applications.
  • Understanding of ITIL best practices including Application Life Cycle Management, Change Management and Service Delivery Management.
  • Database concepts, theories and principles, experience in writing SQL.
