The impact you will have:

As Application Testing Technician you will be responsible for the integration of customer application with the backend Database and the website by utilizing industry standard test automation framework. You will work very closely with the Web Development and Security Team.

What you’ll do:

·Develop and record software testing plans including a range of testing types, such as functional, non-functional, system integration and user acceptance testing (UAT)

·Put software and hardware in place

·Put together the operating system software for rigorous testing

·Create test settings, test cases, and review and provide report on test data

·Develop and implement software and information system testing policies, procedures and scripts. Improve upon and find efficiencies in current procedures.

·Bring up any problems or problems found when testing, fix them and re-test

·Assist with creating and using software and information system testing processes

What you’ll bring to the table:

·Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·Strong time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications and Education:

·Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science (or other related education)

·ISTQB Certified

·Certified Scrum Master is an asset

·Deep understanding and hands on experience in:

oSTLC and SDLS such as: Jira, Confluence, Azure, Trello, BugHerd, Basecamp, Test Café, Redmine, Mantis, and Test Rail.

oWeb Automation Tools such as: Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright.

oMobile Automation Tools such as: Appium, Ranorex, Robotium

oAPI Testing Tools such as: JavaHTTPs& Postman

oProgramming Languages such as: Java, Javascript, C, C++,
