Advertising Manager Jobs

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Ads Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Paid Ads Manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing meta ads for our e-commerce business.

Note the salary range is on an annual basis but we have yet to determine the appropriate weekly hours for this job. Shortlisted candidates will be expected to send a proposal to describe their action plan.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and scale Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) metrics.
• Effectively manage the advertising budget to maximize results and achieve business goals.
• Generate monthly reports and provide weekly updates on campaign performance.
• Implement and optimize meta ads, utilizing constant A/B testing to drive continuous improvement.
• Plan and execute strategic campaigns, conduct in-depth analysis, and test new ideas for enhanced performance.
• Stay up-to-date with changes and updates rolled out by meta platforms, ensuring ongoing learning and adaptation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in utilizing advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices is an asset.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working on growing e-commerce stores and being part of the scaling process with a minimum 6-figure monthly ad spend.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience in managing online advertising campaigns.

Optional, but considered assets:

• Experience in graphic design and video editing
