Manage the overall messaging/campaign calendar to ensure coverage and consistency

8-10 years advertising or agency experience

Experience in subscription based industry - communication, banking or insurance for instance is considered as an asset

Knowledge of the importance of brand and the different touchpoint sequences

Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with different timelines

Plan the advertising strategy across brand funnel (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion) to achieve our business objectives

Contributing to process development and account management best practices within advertising accounts for the performance marketing team

Demonstrated ability to develop and improve account management processes

2+ years of work experience managing Amazon advertising accounts (agency experience is a plus)

Detail-oriented with deep analytical skills, that thinks creatively when it comes to identifying and resolving problems

Process-oriented approach with excellent communication skills and ability to provide and receive constructive feedback

Your daily responsibilities will be:

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:

5+ years' experience in Consumer Packaged Goods Marketing preferably with shopper marketing - Tier 1 CPG will be given priority

Experience negotiating and working with marketing agencies and delivering fully integrated marketing campaigns that support business objectives and deliver established KPIs

Strong business acumen with excellent financial, analytical, logical & quantitative skills

Sense of urgency, hands-on, ability to prioritize is critical, strong presentation skills

Demonstrates strong thought leadership and problem-solving abilities
